Demo video

Launchframe

A launch video, from nothing but your product URL

Launchframe turns a product URL into a launch-ready motion-graphics video in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1. It reads your live page — headline, feature copy, brand colours — and composes scenes from what you actually wrote, so nothing in the video is a claim your page does not make. Editing afterwards is instant and free, because the motion is recomposed in your browser rather than re-rendered on a server. Like the customer map, you can try it with no account at all.

“I need a demo video for launch. A designer wants two weeks and four figures, and I have neither.”

What you get

Artifacts, not adjectives.

  • An MP4 in 16:9 (1920×1080), 9:16 (1080×1920) and 1:1 (1080×1080) — each laid out for its frame rather than cropped from the widescreen cut.
  • An editor where scene order, copy, colours and per-scene visuals change instantly at no credit cost.
  • A file you own outright — no watermark, no attribution requirement, no expiring link.

What it isn't

The half that decides whether this is right for you.

  • Not a screen recording of your real interface. If someone needs to see the product work, an interactive demo is the right artifact.
  • Not narrated. The output is silent motion graphics — no voiceover, no music, no avatar.
  • Not a template with your logo dropped in. If a metric is not on your page, it renders nothing rather than a placeholder.

What it costs

5 credits to generate a video, 1 credit for an AI copy rewrite. Every other edit — scenes, colours, text, visuals — is free, because it is computed locally.

One shared credit pool across every job. You are only charged for work you approve — a failed generation costs nothing.

What has to happen first

Nothing. It needs no setup, no account and no context, so it works at any point. In John's sequence it comes after your customers, channels and posts: he starts with who you are selling to, not with something to show.

John prepares. You approve.

Everything here arrives as a draft in your inbox with its credit cost shown before you decide. Nothing is sent, published or spent without your explicit yes, and there is no setting that changes that — it is the architecture rather than a preference. The reasoning is written up here.

Demo video: common questions

Do I need an account for the launch video?

No. The generator is open on the tool page with no signup and no card — paste a URL and you get the video. An account only adds a history of what you have generated and access to the rest of the platform.

What does the video cost in credits?

5 credits per generated video and 1 credit per AI copy rewrite. Structural edits — reordering scenes, changing colours, swapping a visual, retyping a line — cost nothing, because the motion is recomposed in your browser instead of re-rendered. A failed generation costs nothing at all.

Why does it need my URL rather than a brief?

Because the brief is the work you were trying to avoid. Your landing page already contains your positioning, your feature copy and your brand — reading that is faster than asking you to restate it, and it keeps the video honest, since every claim traces to something you wrote.
